CMM & Multi-Sensor Inspection Services
Our climate-controlled quality lab utilizes automated Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and multi-sensor systems to eliminate manual measurement error. For ultra-precise micro-geometries, our Micro-Vu Excel 662HC provides a 26” x 27” x 10” inspection envelope with a sub-micron resolution of 0.05 μm. This is complemented by our Fowler zCat portable CMM, which features a cylindrical working volume of 27.5” in diameter and 9.8” of vertical travel, allowing our team to perform fully automated, highly repeatable 3D geometric validation directly against your CAD models.
